What is tbc.exe?
The tbc.exe executable file is the main program file for the Title Bar Clock application. This application displays the date, time, and available physical memory of the computer system in the upper right hand side of the title bar of any active, primary window.

The Title Bar Clock is fully customizable, allowing the user to hide any or all of its outputs. It supports time displays in 12 hour and 24 hour formats. Tbc.exe places an icon in the Windows System Tray which the user can right click to access the program options and controls.
